Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please read our return and exchange policy carefully:

  1. Damaged/Incorrect Items:
    If your product arrives damaged/incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. We will gladly assist you with a return or exchange for the damaged/incorrect item. Please ensure that you provide photos or other evidence of the damage/incorrect item to help us process your request. If you do not report the error in 3 or less days your request will not be accepted.

  2. Wrong Item Orders:
    If you receive the correct version of the product but intended to order a different version, you may request an exchange associated with the return and exchange process.

  3. No Returns or Exchanges for Non-Damaged/Non-Incorrect Items:
    We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage to the product, as long as the correct non-damaged item was shipped to you. If the product is damaged in anyway then we will offer a return or exchange.

      4. Returned to Sender Policy:

At Veracity, we strive to ensure that all orders are delivered promptly and accurately. However, in the event that an international/national order is returned to the sender due to reasons beyond our control, such as incorrect address details, failure to claim the package, or customs issues, the following policy applies:

  1. Returned Orders: If your international/national order is returned to us due to any of the above reasons, the recipient will be responsible for covering the shipping fees to have the order reshipped.

  2. Reshipping Fee: The reshipping cost will be determined based on the weight, destination, and method of shipping, and must be paid in full before the order is sent out again.

  3. Notification: You will be notified as soon as we receive the returned package and the reshipping fee has been calculated. We will also confirm the correct shipping address at this time to avoid any further delays.

  4. Failure to Pay Reshipping Fee: If the reshipping fee is not paid within 7 days, the order will be considered canceled, and a refund will not be issued.
